  • What are my options for paying my rent?

    You may bring in a check, or through Henri Home by card to pay for rent.

  • Am I required to purchase renter’s insurance? If so, what is the fee?

    Yes, must include $100,000 liability. Without renters insurance, a $25 non-compliance fee is applied monthly until insurance is acquired.

  • What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?

    Contact after hours 509.902.0854 and you will be charged a lock out fee.

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    You can submit maintenance requests on Henri Home, our resident portal.

  • Do you have on-site maintenance?

    Yes, we have maintenance on-site M-F

  • What is the guest policy?

    Guests are welcome if associated with resident and must be accompanied at all times.

  • How do I pay for electricity and water?

    Seattle City lights for electricity. Water is billed through Billing Associates Group.

  • Do I need to sort recycling and garbage?

    Yes, you do have to sort your own recycling and garbage.

  • What other relevant fees or charges should I know about?


  • Is there any move in charges?

    Yes, $300 Security deposit and 10% 1 month rent cleaning fee and the prorated rent

  • If I want to hold an apartment, how do I do that?

    Submit application ($62 per applicant) and hold deposit of $99. Holding for 2 weeks.

  • Do you accept a shorter lease term?

    Dependent on lease expiration calendar. Please contact the leasing office to make sure your lease terms are allowed.

  • Do you offer furnished units?

    We do not, but we can offer you a discount on monthly furniture rentals through our partner, Fernish. Ask our team for more information!

  • How long does it take for an application to be approved?

    2-3 business days but can vary depending on individual screening.

  • What are the application criteria?

    Income must be at least 2.5 times monthly rent.


  • Is smoking allowed?

    No, smoking is not allowed on the premises.

  • Do you have storage units available?

    No we do not offer storage units.

  • Do you offer bike storage?

    Yes, we offer FREE bike storage.

  • What are your pet fees? Are they refundable?

    No pet deposit. $35/month per pet.

  • Is your property pet-friendly?

    Yes, we are pet friendly.

  • What amenities does the apartment include?

    The apartments include:

      • Washer/Dryer
      • Dishwasher
      • Central heating
      • Rooftop Space with Grill
      • Bike Storage (Free)
      • Mail and package room
  • Does the building have a security system?

    Yes, we have controlled access for the gates.

  • What is the parking fee?

    Parking is $175/month for garage parking. Zone Parking is set by the City of Seattle

  • Is there parking available?

    Yes, there is limited garage parking, but the option for street parking is available, zone pass needed.
